trouble using modes.mf version 0.6

This is getting embarrassing.  I really thought I had tested modes.mf
before releasing it, honest.

The latest problem is that the way I rewrote the write-white setup stuff
had a foolish bug.  Thanks to ramey@m2.csc.ti.com for pointing this out.
The fix seems to be simply to remove the line which says

    save black_setup;

in mode_write_white_setup.

I will release version 0.7 in a couple days.  After I test it.  Again.
