[metapost] Metapost 0.995 beta released

Hi all,

I am pleased to announce that a beta version of the upcoming
MetaPost release can be downloaded:

There is a source distribution available, and also binary
packages for linux and win32 (cross-compiled using mingw32).
I hope I have uploaded the right windows executables this time.

New:
* The new turningnumber implementation is now active, people
   testing this would be greatly appreciated. It seems to handle
   all the randomly generated files I've fed it, but that hardly
   counts as reliable testing.
* The manual has quite a few updates, thanks to work by Stephan
   Hennig. I tried to compile the pdf version, but my system seems
   to dislike latex sources at the moment, so only metapost and
   tex source files are included.

Unless there are fatal problems discovered, this will become
version 1.0 real soon now, so that we can move forward adding
features for the next release cycle.
