Manojg,

Your problem is due to the fact that the fonts are NOT completely
embedded into the output postscript file, and GhostScript is
complaining.  If you update your MetaPost (e.g., update to TeX Live
2007) to version 0.970 or greater, then you will be able to place

prologues:=3;

at the beginning of your source file, and your fonts will be embedded
in the resulting output postscript graphic.
