[tex-k] A5 paper missing

	A while ago I had problems, when trying to use A5 paper sizes
with dvips. The solution was easy, I just had to add the following:

@ a5 149mm 210mm
@+ ! %%DocumentPaperSizes: a5
@+ %%BeginPaperSize: a5
@+ a5
@+ %%EndPaperSize

to config.ps (the proceeding was published in LG #57, as part of 
comments to a publishing series).
	I recently installed a new distribution from zero (Slack 8.0)
and was disappointed to find the same problem again. I believe that
you should add these lines by default, since a5 is a reasonably 
common paper size.
