[tex-k] \usepackage[mathsrc,mathfrak]{mathpi}

I know this question has been asked before but I do not the answer. I
cannot get

\usepackage{mathfrak,mathscr]{mathpi} 

to work properly using dvips and sometimes xdvi (it works with older
versions of xdvi) .  I have all the mathpi dot files in the correct
places, ran texhast, I added the line

mh2scr MathematicalPi-Two "mh2scrEncoding ReEncodeFont" <mh2scr.enc 
<mh2scr.pfb

to mathpi and ran ./updmap.  But only one of the two font families
appears in the .ps file.  Is it possible to get other font familes
into the .ps file?  If not why? If so how?
