[tex-k] Recent dvips, mathtime, and Acrobat 5.1

The combination of a recent dvips, mathtime, and (after using Acrobat
ps->pdf) Arobat Reader 5.1 (on Win2000) produces strange results: all
italics (including subscrips in math) are small and shifted down. Easiest
example: mtdemo.tex in the MiKTeX distribution.

Any suggestions?
