[tex-k] Can't quit etex

Feature request for etex.

When I use tex4ht and make an error in the commandline

htlatex ...

it is almost impossible to quit the process.  After some trial and 
error I did find out that I have to issue three times the commands

^C and X

As I learnt from Eitan Gurari the reason for this is that tex4ht is 
calling latex three times. I suggest that etex quits completely  after 
the first command.
