Robin is right; psfig is not free software. Since it is still distributed
as part of dvipsk (dvipsk/contrib/psfig), I suggest to remove it from
there, too.

i just had occasion to read the source, and find it's nocommercial
licence.  this is confirmed in ctan:graphics/psfig/README

unless someone screams, it's going to nonfree/ ...
