[tex-k] METAFONTk and MetaPostk, and -parse-first-line

Hi Olaf, Thomas,

I noticed that although TeX announces itself as "TeXk" (because of %&
parsing, I believe?), mf and mp do not.  But they do %& parsing too, so
they should probably have their names changed as well.

Also, %&-parsing is enabled by default, and neither -no-parse-first-line
nor -parse-first-line=no worked, so there seems to be way to turn it off
(and no reason for the -parse-first-line option).  I couldn't see
anything in the documentation about this.  Or am I missing something?
