i read that as "no latex user needs it enough to put in the work to
get it done".
we seem to have a world of people whingeing in corners that "they"
haven't done everything yet.
whereas the real truth is "they" simply don't know how to do
everything. sure, tex can probably do the job; but making it do so
requires some cooperation between those that know and those that can.
