[tex-k] revtex/bibtex titles in references

When I use revtex 4 with bibtex and
\bibliographystyle{unsrt}, the titles
come out in lower case except for the
first letter of the first word of each title.
This style causes problems when the meaning
of the title requires that some
of the letters be capitalized.
Now if the required capital letters
are Roman, then one may insert them into
an equation with an \mbox{}. So to make
sure that Z is capitalized, one could write
\( \mbox{Z} \). But if the required capital letters
are Greek, then this trick does not work.
Do you know of a work-around?
I tried just using the article documentclass
without any reference to revtex,
but then I got the error message
This is BibTeX, Version 0.99c (Web2C 7.4.5)
The top-level auxiliary file: propRes.aux
The style file: unsrt.bst
Sorry---you've exceeded BibTeX's buffer size 5000
Segmentation fault
Do you know how to increase BibTeX's buffer size?
