[tex-k] xdvik BUG upon redisplay with just touch'ing file.dvi

I have this little drawing (see below) that rotates 90 degrees upon
redisplaying and is truncated on bottom.

Software versions:

[don at danny tex]$ rpm -qa | egrep "xdvi|kapathsea|libwww|t1lib"
tetex-xdvi-2.0.2-21.7.FC3
w3c-libwww-5.4.0-10.0.FC3.1
perl-libwww-perl-5.803-2_5.rhfc3.at

which shows I'm on Fedora Core 3; and Pentium-M

Upon further testing, I am seeing this behavior:

Note, my sizes on right side of xdvi window are:

	Full size
	13%
	8%
	6.25%

When first opening in xdvi drawing and labels are correct.
I notice that I can use reread instead of touch.  

i)   So rereading at start up size of 6.25 shows no problem
     for any number of rereads.

ii)  Increase size to 8% is good.  But reread causes drawing
     to rotate -90% followed by mirror image in vertical axis
     and I see about bottom 1/3rd cut off.  (Sometimes or
     always I have to resize window to see the five label
     characters.)

iii) Increasing size to 13% causes the drawing to become
     correct again.  Rereading causes bad behavior detailed
     in ii).

iv)  Again increasing size to Full size causes the drawing
     to become correct again.  Rereading causes bad behavior
     detailed in ii).

v)   Any further changing size, etc always leaves drawing
     incorrect.  Have to Quit and restart to get correct
     drawing.
