Thanks, I'll add this paragraph to my version too. BTW, it seems that
the TeXLive version is a rather old one from xdvik_22_40v; it also
contains a typo in the following lines:

% This file ps2pk.map which will automatically be updated by the `updmap'
% script.

The current one (from xdvik-22.84.10, unchanged from 22.84.9 which was
also in teTeX-3.0) can be found on:

One would probably need to update the comments about teTeX for
TeXLive, though ...
