Hi Zdenek, Karl, Petr,

these files (vlna.idx and vlna.scn) are now both in TL svn and in
ftp://ftpth.mppmu.mpg.de/pub/peb/vlna/vlna-1.3.tar.gz, and Makefile.{am,in}
are updated accordingly.
