[tex-k] mktexpk fixed

Somo months ago I reported a problem with mktexpk.exe. When calling ps2pk,
it passed to that program a path based on TEXFONTS, but the {} and !! got
passed within it, making ps2pk fail. I have installed the executables of
TeXLive 2008 and it works properly.

Given that the C sources didn't match the executables, it may be that you
solved it just by recompiling the sources, didn't you? Anyway, be it by
chance or on purpose, the problem is now solved.
