[tex-k] libpoppler support in TeX Live source tree

Ok, I have a patch that works at least for pdftex and luatex, I didn't
arrive a xetex because compilation terminated with a different bug.

I had to include the whole fixed XRef.h in the source code. Not the best
idea, but ATM the only version around it. 

Attached the current version.


Peter, Taco: Any idea why that happens:
../../../texk/web2c/mplibdir/lmplib.c:36:19: error: mplib.h: No such file or directory

Something seems to be wrong.
