[tex-k] The dvitype utility can't dump XDV files

Then the author, Jonathan Kew, must be asked. He also wrote the  
patches to extend dvipdfmx to xdvipdfmx. (For Mac OS X xdv2pdf exists,  
whose further development has stopped a few years ago.)
