[tex-k] Updmap-sys does not leave out MAP file fragments in /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/web2c/updmap-local.cfg

It's correct: /usr/libexec /usr/local/texlive/2011/bin/universal- 
darwin /Users/pete/bin /opt/llvm/bin /opt/local/bin /usr/local/bin / 
usr/bin /bin /sbin /usr/sbin /usr/local/sbin /sw/lib/flex/bin /sw/bin / 
usr/X11/bin /sw/sbin /Developer/Tools /opt/local/bin

The actual problem is that neither I nor tlmgr have run

	tlmgr generate updmap


Reinhard Kotucha just pointed to this failure! Skaknew is now  
commented in /usr/local/texlive/2011/texmf-config/web2c/updmap.cfg.

I think this so-called "bug" is now solved.
