[tex-k] Broken "-tex" option in MetaPost

    MetaPost, version 2.00 (TeX Live 2019/dev/Debian) (kpathsea version 6.3.1/dev)

When I run mpost -tex=tex test.mp with the mpost binary built from
current sources in TL (or the TL'18 release binary), I get the same 
"44.85638 -2.09999" results as without the -tex=tex.

Therefore I can only surmise it is somehow a change in Debian, unlikely
as that sounds. Norbert?
