[tex-k] FAIL: tests/cnfline

The manual test in Work/texk/kpathsea fails as well:

$ cd Work/texk/kpathsea
$ TEXMFCNF=../../../texk/kpathsea/tests/cnfline
$ export TEXMFCNF
$ ./kpsewhich --var-value=maxpr
100
$ ./kpsewhich --var-value=maxpr.kpsewhich
200

Building the same way, but disabling shared libraries with --disable-shared, results in binaries that pass the automatic and manual tests, so shared libraries appear to be the cause of the problem.
