[tex-k] [RFC] Bug hunt 2020 in WEB and CWEB programs.

Dear all,

My work has reached a satisfying intermediate state with all major WEB
and some CWEB programs in preparation of the newly redacted versions in
TeX Live 2021 after this year's round of possible bug fixes.  If you
have some spare time, please check the list of 13 tarballs at

https://github.com/ascherer/web/releases/tag/ctan-20200601

and read the PDFs for 27 programs and report issues here on this list
(or to Karl Berry in private communication).  It's a total of around
4,200 pages of "fine print." :o)
