[tex-k] Some issues with CWEB

Thanks for the reports.

    with other minor problems which could be addressed before 1 November
    deadline.

Don has made no promise to look at cweb next year (or at any particular
time, although he does still accept responsibility of it).  However, I
do plan to submit the accumulated cweb reports since last time, in case
he does want to. --best, karl.
