[tex-k] Additional typos in The METAFONTbook

1. The answer to exercise 4.11 uses math italic for the tag "theta", making the letters wider than the normal text italic. Line -4 on page 134 has the same problem.

2. Line -12, page 218 has unequal space before and after the equal signs.

3. Line 8, page 230: tracingcommands = 3 -> tracingcommands \ge 3
4. Line 25, page 219: "attribute" is an unexplained concept
