[tex-k] How extra space in log may be fixed after \batchmode

Hi Wolfgang,

Does your patch produce a final newline after

    write(term_out,'! End of file on the terminal... why?');

? (i.e., shell prompt must start in the beginning of line after you
run `tex' and type ^D)
