[tex-k] Erratum: MFbook, p. 348: spit index entry `cycle'

Hello all,

On page C348, in the right column, the index entry `cycle' refers to
both the last token of a cyclic path expression `<path subexpression>
<path join> cycle' as well as the beginning of the boolean primary
`cycle <primary>' to check if a path is cyclic. In order to clarify that
the same token is used in both contexts, it would be beneficial to
distinguish them in the index.

I suggest replacing line 19078 in mfbook.tex with something along these
two lines:
*|cycle| (path closing), @15, @16, @24-- at 28, @69, +129--+131, 171, 213.
\sub (check cyclicity), @69, +170, 171, 210.
(I'm not sure about italicizing 69 in the first line.)

In case this erratum is not accepted, at least the page number 170
should be underlined just like the 170 in the index entries of other
tokens used in boolean primary, e.g. `known', `odd', etc.

Best regards,

Dominik
