[tex-k] Incorrect use of @+ in line 13736 of tex.web

    In the WEB code of module 697 of "TeX: The Program", on line 13736

Thanks for the references. It is also good to cite the actual source
line, since line numbers differ between versions.

    of tex.web, the line should likely end with '@|', not with '@+'. The
    '@+' causes the preceding 'or' (V) to have incorrect kerning and
    causes the following then-clause to be unindented.

Indeed, comparing to the following conditional, clearly there is an
inconsistency. Thanks. -k
