You are welcome to try, but unless you are _very_ specific, you just
get lots of "I want to help" messages. People promise much, but very
seldom deliver unless you really really hound them (and then be
prepared to write it yourself at the last minute). Plenty of people
will say "I would like to read it and comment", but few say "I will
write 10 pages on XXX".
