New(er) binaries for HP and SGI

I uploaded new binaries for HP and SGI (218 programs each) to sun2.dante.de.
The Linux set is in the making.

The build process under hpux and irix is still rather problematic. Mostly
due to the Makefiles which HP and SGI can't handle (reported previously),
but also the @MAINTAINER_MODE_TRUE@ (?) which slipped into the sources.

I had to apply XXX patches on these two architectures to build the programs,
so don't blame me :-)...

---

On all architectures (including Solaris and Linux), the build process
breaks down in the teTeX directory - where building includes a call
to 'texconfig init', which needs the config.ps file, which is not found...
texmf-local tree (there is none) with config.ps (at least), or initialising
config.ps in texmf-var would be good.

Is it possible - in texlive/Master source - to replace the
teTeX-1.0/texk/xdvik/depend.mk file with a modified version with which
SGI and HPUC could cope? The file doesn't seem to be auto-generated
by anything and the patch is trivial.
