An .iso.bz2 file has to be uncompressed using bzip2 (you
can find a copy via Google), and then used to burn a CD.
It is a file containing an image of a CD, and you cannot
access the files simply by an unzip process.

Your CD-burning software should have an option to "make CD from
image file" or the like
