[tex-live] CSTeX on TL7 works

Hello,

I have tried the CSTeX functionality (for Czech and Slovak users) on
the image texlive-1-20020527.iso and it seems that all works correclty.

It is not so self-evident, because you changed a lot of things in texmf
tree and I have a experiences that something was not working (the csplain
and cslatex was not chmoded to executable scripts in TL6, for example :-).

I have tried only the raw cdrom mounted on /cdrom directory in my Linux
box _without_ any installation. I have only set:

export PATH=/cdrom/bin/i386-linux
export VARTEXMF=/tmp/texmf

and tried: csplain, cslatex, pdfcsplain, pdfcslatex, xdvi, dvips
on many documents...

I noticed that you change the psfonts.map to all fonts used as
Type1 fonts (no Metafont->pk) including CSfonts. The xdvi uses the Type1
fonts too, great!

It is extremly needed to include into documentation the
possibility of "dvips -Ppk" in order to switch the dvips to the old
behaviour. I will ask Janka Chlebikova, why the README.CZS and
czech_sk.html is one year old and if she will prepare the
new version of these files. If not, I will send
these files a little actualised during tomorrow.
Two links from czech_sk.html to file:/cdrom/usergrps/cstug/...
don't work, for example.
