The old stuff is available in Build/source, I have checked in the 1.15 stuff
into Build/source.development. What I did is the following:

I have copied omegadir omegafonts omegaware and otps from TeX Live 6
and then made it work with web2c-7.3.7 (only small adjustments).

I really don't mind. Sebastian is the master of the perforce tree and
he should decide. We did not loose any files, so there is no reason
to panic...
