I have zapped references alpha osf and to aix, since there is no sign of being able to make binaries for them, and Fabrice has uploaded new Windows binaries, so the only remaining hole is new Mac OSX binaries. I am accordingly remaking the .iso files with a prefix of "rc" instead of "beta" Sebastian
