That's exactly the point under discussion.

In my view, all the sources need to either be distributed or an explicit
offer made for each distribution we make.  Saying "they're on this other
cd" isn't good enough, because they could be distributed separately.

As Fabrice just pointed out in private email, any changes for Windows
and Mac binaries need to be included as well.  Fabrice is dealing with
the Windows changes.  Not sure if the Mac changes are already there.
