yes, I'm late...

I've done now every night till ~4 to 5am, getting up again at 7am. But to make 
things worst, while testing the installation, I've shredded a whole part of the 
main thingy. Now (Sunday/Monday night at 3:50) I'm back where I was some time ago.

I've added small notes to "ctan" directory (is on DVD main directories and 
should be documented). There is a ctan/texmf-extra tree where the new Fourier
fonts with the old Utopia now reside, plus Hans' uncompressed .afm files, aso.

I'll try to speed up, more in some minutes from my ever growing log to Karl,
Fabrice, and Staszek (anybody else interested from the translators list?).

PS: Manfred and I spent at least 6 hours yesterday to copy and test the DVD
    iso images on a windows machine.
    don't even think of asking for a report what happened!
