[tex-live] Permissions of texk/xdvik/xdvizilla are wrong.

Hm... I guess that the permissions in my tree are only correct, because
the Makefile.in has fixed them. They are still wrong in your tarball.
Maybe, we should keep the above unless you can make sure to fix the
permissions on your side permanently.
