[tex-live] hyphenation puzzle

I've tried my best to resolve language/hyphenation mess reported by Tigran

Change 5424 on 2004/07/05 by staw at staszek

	following change #5423 deleted tpm files: hyphen-bulgarian, 
	hyphen-esperanto, hyphen-lithuanian; modified collection-langother 
	and omega; lists regenerated

	some unicode based patterns moved from texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/ to
	texmf-dist/tex/generic/omegahyph/, srhyphc.tex added from CTAN,
	shhyph.tex renamed to shhyphl.tex (as on CTAN), language.dat
	language.sr.dat and language.sh.dat modified as well as tpm files

I'm quite sure that's not ideal for eg. lambda, but it seems that nobody 
wants to check the usability of hyphenation patterns found in
texmf-dist/tex/generic/omegahyph/
