[tex-live] binaries, pool and texinfo

I've remade binaries for i386-linux, there are altogether 230 
now (including soft links); the new one is pdfcrop, but I don't
know to which package/tpm it should belong.

Also corrected all relevant files for making pdftexinfo. I'd left
the decission about keeping (pdf)texinfo formats (or not, as Thomas
kindly suggested) for the Great Boss. Anyway it works now correctly.

	some bin/i386-linux/ binaries updated, new: pdfcrop; pdfetex.pool,
	pdfxtex.pool. Corrected fmtutil.in in the sources and live 
	texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf; pdftexinfo.tex added (instead of .ini)
