tex/generic/omegahyph/   ?? We already have here some patterns.
I'm completelly messed with all that stuff related to omega and lambda.
Some of patterns are also in texmf/omega/lambda/base/ :
grmhyph.tex, inuit.hpn (?!!). Moreover bad ltpatch.tex is read when
making lambda format and this breaks compilation of binaries...

Can someone have a look at this lambda, antomega, omegabook etc. Please! 
I've never used omega ;-)
