    2004 will be ready?

    (I mean a sure latest time.) 

There is no sure latest time.  It could be November, or worse.

Oh, if you're talking about a week (or even three or four weeks), 2004
definitely won't be ready.  So forget that.

I will write Frank about the image he used, so you can have that option.
Other than that, I think the only practical choice is to go with 2003,
bugs and all :(.
