[tex-live] binaries "unification"

    i've made a few "unifying" changes in binaries:

Thank you for doing all that.  The missing fdf2tex was my fault when I
submitted the latest binaries.  I thought I had p4 added it, but
obviously not.

    1) could we please use the same set of altpdf* scripts everywhere?

Desirable in principle, but I don't think the extra scripts in darwin
really hurt anything.  They've always been there.

    3) could we please either remove powerpc-darwin6.8/ttf2tex or add it
       to all other unix directories?

It's part of bin-pdftex.tpm, for some reason.  I don't know how that
came about.  Seems like it should be its own package, ultimately.

Meanwhile, the version in darwin is identical to the version to
ctan:support/ttf2tex, so I see no harm in making it available on all the
platforms.  I did that.
