dante or tug is fine.  Anywhere that's convenient for you.

    Do you prefer to build the image or do you want me to do it? 

If you're already totally set up to build an .iso, or if some
Microsoft-specific things have to be done to build the iso (not just
running mkisofs like we do for the others), that's fine.

If not, my preference in principle would be for you to upload the .cab
files and other constituents and tell me what to do, so I can have at
least a vague understanding of what is going on.

    I can upload it quite quickly to
    ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/... assuming there is enough room.

If not, we have lots of space available on tug these days.
