[tex-live] lcdf-typetools update request

Hi!

while building on AIX, i've got a bunch of errors while compiling
lcdf-typetools. It looks like the version in the source.development is
outdated (1.97, compared to current 2.12).

Could someone please grab the current lcdf-typetools package from
http://www.lcdf.org/type/ and put it into the texlive
source.development tree? That may resolve the compilation issues.
