[tex-live] tex.web missing?

Hi,

I am trying to rebuild TeX Live from the latest sources and the Build 
fails with error:

# ./Build 
configure: error: can not find sources in .. or ..

Looking in the configure script I see that it checks for the file 
TeX/texk/web2c/tex.web which doesn't exist.

# ls TeX/texk/web2c/tex.web
/bin/ls: TeX/texk/web2c/tex.web: No such file or directory

I checked both Build and Master and it's not anywhere. So, how do I 
proceed? Has the build procedure changed substantially?
