[tex-live] *.1.html question

In file bin-cjkutils.tpm I see this:

  texmf/doc/man/man1/cefsconv.1.html

  ...
        </TPM:DocPatterns>

What is this good for?  It seems that the `*.1.html' patterns are
obsolete since there are no *.1.html files in the TeXLive repository.
