[tex-live] installation problem

Hello Sebastian, my name is Federico and I'm trying to run the TeX Live 2005
in Unix, from the disc. According to the installation instructions I should
be able to select an R option which would allow me to run TeX from the
cdrom. Anyway, and even the help section mentions this option, it does not
show from the main menu of the installation...

I would appreciate any help on the subject
