The perl script mpp for the mpattern package sits in
texmf-dist/source/metapost/mpattern
instead of a subdirectory of texmf-dist/scripts/

The file fltpoint.tex, a necessaty input file for
texmf-dist/tex/generic/fltpoint/fltpoint.sty,
is missing from that directory. I found it in
texmf-dist/doc/latex/fltpoint/
