[tex-live] TeX/texk/odvipsk damaged in source.development

In teTeX, this directory mainly contained symlinks to
../dvipsk/$samename. CVS cannot handle symlinks, I don't know about p4.

On the other hand, teTeX has dropped odvipsk, since the functionality
seems to be included in dvipsk now.
