[tex-live] texlive for debian update

Hi guys!

I have now time and energy to work on the debian/texlive stuff. Here is
a short update on the current status:

- BUilding of all the packages work (I am using my version tpm2deb-norb)
- Installation works more or less, following problems currently exist
	- texlive-texinfo should confict with texinfo
	- following files are in tpm for latexextra and binextra
	  /usr/share/texmf/source/latex/perltex/perltex.{ins,dtx}
	  /usr/share/texmf/tpm/perltex.tpm
	  /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/perltex/perltex.sty
- After this, there are still some problmes and no working system:
	- texmf.cnf and updmap.cfg are not used from tex-common
	  thus there are wrong pathes in the texmf.cnf file. The right
	  option is to have
	  /usr/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf -> /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf
	  /usr/share/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg -> /var/lib/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg
	  ..../fmtutil.cnf (I don't know ATM)
	- ls-R files are not rebuild correctly, maybe this is only a
	  problem of the wrong texmf.cnf file
	- mktexfmt --all does not work (see other email)

I will work on this stuff during the weekend, if someone has a good
idea, please tell me ;-)

If someone wants to see current binaries/debs, please tell me.
