No. Frank Küster and we have agreed that we have only *one* texmf.cnf
stuff as long as possible, and this is located in tex-common.

Up to now neither tetex (>3.0_5 or so) nor texlive install texmf.d/*
files. We want to keep it in one place.

With new tetex there will be no interference anymore.
