[tex-live] TL rebuild

Lars and all,

I set up the ams(fonts) special case in Tpm.pm, fixed other assorted tpm
problems, and rebuilt the ISO images in
ftp://tug.org/texlive/Images/test/.  Please give it a try if you're so
inclined, although plenty more updates are coming.

Olaf checked in a bunch of web2c/etc. updates yesterday.  I think the
main code thing that's pending at this point is the pdftex release
... Martin, how is it looking?

Werner, Hirata said that they hope to make another dvipdfmx release
shortly for our sake.  Hopefully that'll come through too ...
